Hilton Garden Inn New Delhi/Saket is located in the heart of South Delhi’s shopping and tourist hub.

Executive sous chef Sanjay Shekhawat, an expert in authentic Indian cuisine, has introduced fresh ingredients in the menu offering some of the iconic dishes in authentic flavours.

The flavours focus on Indian cuisine uniquely crafted to bring a holistic dining experience. An array of exotic dishes which include Diced Cantonese chicken, Handi Gosht and Grilled fish. The ingredients are aptly used including flavourful spices defining a succulent meal for the perfect Indian palate.

The Manager Food & Beverages, Mr. Sourabh Chandna and Marketing Manager Dharna Kapoor make sure of extending warm hospitality to the guests.

The best thing about the new menu is that one can get a good variety of 3-4 dishes to satiate the appetite. A range of appetizing dishes that are high on taste as well as authenticity – Murgh Tangri Kebab, an overnight cooked Dal Makhani rich in cream with home-made spices. For veg-lovers there’s delicious Dahi Kebab made of hung yogurt and chickpea flour, while seafood lovers must try the fresh Tandoori Jhinga.

We also enjoyed the main course which consisted of Haandi Gosht, succulent pieces of mutton cooked to perfection with bursting flavours. Cantonese chicken and Fried Rice, a bundle of flavours, Stir fry vegetables, with robust flavours. In Desserts the cheese cake was the highlight as it was just delicious.
